- Seek training and professional development opportunities for staff in Serials Unit.
2012
- Attend first American Library Association (ALA) conference, whether Annual or Midwinter.
- Publish an article about the Library Lecture Series at the Z. Smith Reynolds Library with lecture series co-chair.
- Become an active participant on a committee/roundtable of the North Carolina Library Association (NCLA).
2013
- Seek an elected position on the board of the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG).
- Present a session at the annual North Carolina Serials Conference.
- Publish an article about first generation college students and library services at Wake Forest University.
2014
- Attend an ALA conference, whether Annual or Midwinter.
- Join a committee of ALA.
- Seek an elected position on the executive board of NCLA.
2015
- Publish a book or book chapter regarding library services.
- Seek a position as the head of a library department.
- Return to graduate school for a second master’s degree (in either history or liberal studies) or a doctorate (in library science).
